  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is completely free on all orders.
  • No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can track your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard policy. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening it.
  • Record an unboxing video.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and supporting photos/videos.

Failure to report transit damage within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Your Auto Partner is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
